Getting it there

Everything is dispatched from Yorkshire in 1–2 working days, a little longer in the run-up to Christmas. Delivery takes 2–5 working days after that.

• Free UK delivery on orders over £30.
• Under £30, delivery is £3.95.
• We deliver to mainland Great Britain. Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are not available just yet.

If it's not right

Changed your mind?

You have 30 days from delivery to tell us, and 14 days after that to post it back. That is more than the law asks of us: the Consumer Contracts Regulations give you 14 days to cancel. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or wrong.

Arrived damaged or wrong?

Tell us within 30 days and we will put it right at our cost — replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

It was a gift?

The person who received it can contact us directly. We will not send them a price.

To start a return, email returns@wrenfold.co.uk and we'll reply with the address and instructions within one working day. Please wait for that reply before posting anything. The full terms are in our refund policy.
