We read email seven days a week. Replies go out Monday to Friday, so anything landing on a Saturday is answered Monday morning.

Where is my order?

Parcels leave Yorkshire in 1–2 working days and take 2–5 working days to arrive after that. Tracking is emailed the moment the parcel is collected.

Can you send it straight to them?

Yes. Put their address in at checkout and it goes straight to them. The parcel is plain and unmarked, with no invoice inside and no prices anywhere.
