Shipping policy
Everything is packed and sent from Yorkshire. Orders leave us in one to two working days — three to four in the run-up to Christmas, when everyone remembers at once.
What it costs
- Orders over £30 — free.
- Under £30 — £3.95.
The charge is worked out at checkout on the order total after any discount.
How long it takes
Two to five working days from dispatch, depending on where you are and how heavy the parcel is. We use Royal Mail, Yodel and APC. Larger orders travel with APC and usually arrive the next working day after dispatch.
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as the parcel is picked up. If it hasn't moved for a few days, tell us and we'll chase it.
Where we deliver
Mainland Great Britain — England, Scotland and Wales.
We don't yet deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or outside the UK. We'd rather say so plainly than take an order we can't fulfil. If you're in one of those places and would like something, email hello@wrenfold.co.uk and we'll see what can be done.
What arrives
A plain parcel with a courier label. No invoice inside, no paperwork, nothing that mentions what anything cost. If you're sending it straight to someone else, it will read as a gift and not as a delivery from a shop.
Add a handwritten card at checkout and we'll write it before it goes.
Wrong address, missed delivery
Check the delivery address before you pay — once an order is with the courier we usually can't change it. If a parcel comes back to us undelivered, we'll refund the goods; the delivery charge stays, as the journey was made.
If a courier records a delivery you didn't receive, email hello@wrenfold.co.uk within 14 days and we'll open a claim and sort you out.
Returns
See our refund policy — 30 days from delivery, and we cover the postage whenever the fault is ours.
