Ours arrive in a plain parcel with no prices inside, which is right for posting and wrong for handing over. This is the fix: an ivory box, 20 × 18.2 × 8 cm — room for a bath set, a candle and a card, or most of the shelf if you pack it thoughtfully.

- Arrives flat: it is a flat pack box, folded up into shape before you fill it
- Good to know: it travels flat, so add it when the parcel is coming to you first — sent straight to the recipient, they are the one doing the folding
