Black Tourmaline Obelisk, Six Faces, 11cm
Black tourmaline grows in long striated columns, so even polished it keeps a faint ridging down the length. It is the stone people ask for by name more than any other dark one.
- What's inside: one polished black tourmaline obelisk
- Size: around 11cm tall, 2cm across the base
- Good to know: tourmaline is brittle along its length and can chip at the tip if it is knocked over. It belongs somewhere it will not be caught by a sleeve
The full range is on the crystals shelf. If you are building a set, the five gift rule is a useful frame.
